Counseling Information:

Individual, Marriage & Family

  • We provide counseling in person or virtually through zoom with password protected security.

    • Forms & Fees
      Prior to your first session, you will be required to complete paperwork that will take 15 minutes. You may receive this via email before your first session. This paperwork will explain the counseling process in more detail.

      We are in network with several insurance companies and will provide billing after your co-pay and deductible are met. Please check into your outpatient behavioral health coverage before your first session. We do not do this for you. We are not in network with Medicare or Medicaid. We are in various networks as EAP providers for many companies in the area.

      If you are private pay, you may pay with cash, checks, or debit/credit cards. You may also use your insurance HSA card. If you are seeing us virtually, we will bill you through a secure online billing site. Reduced rates are discussed and offered on a case-by-case basis.

TESTING

Strongs Interest Inventory Test:  College and Career testing with one follow up session $165 in office or virtually. 

MBTI:  Myers Briggs Personality testing is available for individuals, marriages, corporations, or churches. 

These tests will be administered by our online testing service. 

Enneagram:  If you are interested in the Enneagram testing we will direct you to the best test site for your needs. When doing marriage mapping with the Enneagram, we require that the test it taken on a specific website.
