Church Leaders:

Peer Counseling and Encouragement: Philip Yancy once asked the question, “Where is God when it hurts?” He then proceeded to answer this with another question. “Where is the church when it hurts because the church represents God?” This training covers the basics of how to help leaders enter in and be better equipped to represent God’s heart as they care for those in their fellowship. We will meet with you to design the type of training that will fit your churches’ specific needs. Beyond this basic training course, topics could include boundaries, parenting, abuse, addiction, depression, anxiety, grief, stress management, compassion fatigue, etc.
Pursuing a Passion for People: Ministry is people, and people are in constant need of leadership, nourishment, and care. Savoring the Savior, Searching Yourself, and Serving with Sacrifice are the topics of discussion for this talk. (90 minutes… 120 to include more group discussion)
Pulpit Supply: Drawing upon his 13 years of preaching, on occasion, Worley is available if a fellowship is in need.
